Are you looking to improve your grant-writing skills?

This workshop is designed for researchers within Cambridge Language Sciences, particularly those who need to gain experience in securing small grants. There are a number of seed funds operating across the University. Cambridge Language Sciences has been running calls for its Incubator Fund since 2016. This workshop will share experience and best practice learned over that time and provide you with an opportunity to hone your skills.

Outcomes:

  • Learn how to plan and structure your grant application and turn your ideas into clear, compelling proposals

  • Gain tips and insights to increase your chances of getting funded and avoid common pitfalls

  • Understand the submission process, budget planning, and assessment criteria for the Language Sciences Incubator Fund

  • Ask questions and get some informal advice
