Language Sciences Industry Supporters' Club
The Cambridge Language Sciences Industry Supporters’ Club brings industry to the heart of the Cambridge language sciences community, connecting researchers and students with organisations from a range of sectors.
Established in 2026, the Club creates opportunities for researchers, students and organisations to connect, exchange ideas and expertise, and develop new relationships and collaborations.
The Supporters’ Club programme
The Club's programme, to be rolled out during 2026–27, includes:
- Annual industry–researcher round table – a strategic forum to identify shared priorities and opportunities for collaboration.
- Co-produced talks, workshops and events – bringing researchers and industry partners together around areas of shared interest and supporting knowledge exchange.
- Industry participation across core CLS activities – bringing external perspectives and connections into the wider CLS programme through the Annual Symposium and ECR Event and Career Fair for Language Scientists.
As the Club grows, we will work with members and our research community to develop further activities and opportunities around emerging areas of shared interest.
