Cambridge Language Sciences

Interdisciplinary Research Centre

This training workshop for early-careers researchers gives you an opportunity to ‘step up to the podium,’ and receive constructive feedback and coaching to be a better public speaker. Places are offered on a first-come basis and priority will be given to the poster presenters at this year's Annual Symposium.

"All of us have to present to different audiences at some point. Paula is clearly an expert in the field, because she really understood the needs of each person. I completely recommend this presentation skills training!"

Dr Ana Perez, Theoretical and Applied Linguistics

The workshop is funded by Cambridge Language Sciences and free of charge to researchers with a profile on the Language Sciences website. Participants will need to come prepared with a 1-minute talk to rehearse on the day (slides are not necessary).

The online training is now fully booked. You can request to join the waiting list in case of cancellations using the links below.

These workshops are always popular and receive excellent feedback. Please reserve your place by Friday 20th October.
