Yoana is a PhD student in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics at the University of Cambridge. Her research interests are in the areas of code-switching, prosody, and language processing. She obtained an MPhil in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the University of Cambridge, where she wrote her thesis on the code-switching practices of Bulgarian-English bilinguals.
