Research

My main research focus is on learner corpora and I am currently coordinating the compilation of the Brazilian Spoken English Learner (BraSEL) Corpus, a project that involves the participation of nine universities across Brazil. The BraSEL Corpus is being compiled across the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) with more than 100 recordings of informal conversations and a picture description task from A2 to C2 levels.
