Cambridge Language Sciences

Interdisciplinary Research Centre

I am a first-year PhD candidate at the Computer Lab in Cambridge, where I also completed my BA and MEng in Computer Science. My MEng thesis, supervised by Dr. Sun and co-supervised by Dr. Biberauer, explores POS induction incorporating cognitive biases. My PhD project is on computational modelling of (bilingual) language acquisition. The focus of my work so far has been child language acquisition, but I am also curious about any other topics where computation can be leveraged for enriching linguistic and psychological knowledge or vice versa.
